Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days after the order has been delivered.

Returns are only accepted for products that are defective or damaged during shipping.

Returns for non-quality related reasons are not accepted.

Reporting Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged due to transportation, you must report the issue within 72 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged product
  • The shipping packaging
  • The shipping label

Return Process

The return process is as follows:

  2. Provide your order number
  3. Submit photos of the defective or damaged item
  4. Our support team will review the request
  5. If approved, return instructions will be provided
  6. Return the product following the instructions
  7. Once received and inspected, the refund will be processed

Return Shipping Cost

If the product is defective or damaged during shipping, the return shipping cost will be covered by the seller.

Refund Method

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Since payments are processed through PayPal, refunds will be returned to the customer’s PayPal account.

Refund Processing Time

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will typically be processed within 3–5 business days.

The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on PayPal or your financial institution.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. If payment has already been processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors may not be refundable.
